Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label immediately.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your cushions in their original packaging and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement cushions within 3-5 business days.
